  lsb_release -rd
  Description: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS
  Release: 12.04

  and get

  Sending of message failed.
The message could not be sent using SMTP server ms.belkam.com for an unknown
reason. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again,
or contact your network administrator.

All I can see on mail server (Ubuntu 12.04 , postfix) is
