Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some
time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.

It would help us a lot if you could test on a currently supported Ubuntu
version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the
updated logs by running only once in a terminal:

apport-collect 1401599

and add any additional information that you think relevant.
Alternatively, please confirm that this is no longer a problem and that
we can close the report. If we do not hear from you the bug report will
close itself in approximately two months time.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.

Title:
Aw Snap Pinterest Chromium 39 on Trusty 14.10 when I sign into
  Pinterest

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I was having issues with Chromium and Chrome on Trusty beginning a few
weeks ago especially with can't load profile, users, and other
specific site issues like Pinterest. I tried disabling all extensions
  but no change.

Today I renamed my profiles for both Chromium and Chrome and set up
new profiles. I was able to call up and then sign into Pinterest with
Chrome. When I tried it with Chromium I was able to get to Pinterest
but as soon as I tried to login as the specific user on Pinterest, I
  got the Aw Snap again.

For whatever reason Chrome and for that matter Google in general has
seemed to have more glitches than usual the last few weeks. Even on my
Nexus 7 tablet that got upgraded to latest Android suddenly now can go
  bonkers.

I have many of same issues on my Win7 Pro machine to that runs side by
  side.

  Craig
