I can't reproduce it, because the RSS feet changed its URL structure.
That means my personal problem is gone anyway.
If nobody else is affected by this issue, then it's ok for me to close it.

Title:
  RSS & "Accept-Language" header

Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Some RSS feeds evaluate the "Accept-Language" header of the request to
deliver the content in the correct language.

Unfortunately my German Thunderbird delivers the content in English.
I've tested the RSS-URL in Firefox and the content was German. I
changed the "Accept-Language" header with Tamper Data in Firefox to
English and the content switched to English.

I don't know a tool like Tamper Data for Thunderbird. So I can't check
the "Accept-Language" header directly. I also don't see a way to
  configure this in Thunderbird.

This problem appears circa one year ago (not sure). So it worked in
  the past.
