Actually this a pretty ugly bug. My system halted with no icons left on
my desktop. And my steam client keeps telling me that there is not space
left to install the update, even this is actually not the case.

The home folder should be calculated by half because my user has
ecryptfs files and mounted ecrypt partition. Both are considered equally
when calculating the total disk usage...damned...

Title:
baobab should be aware of ecryptfs private directories

Status in gnome-utils package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-utils

When using private directories, Baobab creates separate entries for
the true filesystem (in ~/.Private) and the virtual filesystem (in
~/Private). The problem is more visible with a large ratio of files in
private compared to out of it. At the least, one of these directories
  should be hidden.
