Tooltips don't show up
Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
So, the tooltips are that text that show up sometimes when you hover a mouse,
see this: http://www.webdevout.net/testcases/title-tooltips/
For some reason those don't show up in my firefox. I checked that in Safe
Mode with disabled add-ons the tooltips still don't show up.
On the other hand in Chromium browser they do show up.
Any ideas?
