We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug in 2012 and
there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an
issue? Can this bug report now be closed?
If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in
approximately 60 days time.

Bug description:
for precise with firefox 11: surf to any website utilizing css layers
(..) press Ctrl+Shift+I and click on the 3D button at the bottom of
the window. it should display a rotateable 3d view of the layers of
the page. i've seen this feature on the windows version.
