We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an
issue? Can this bug report now be closed?
If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in
approximately 60 days time.

bookmark folders in toolbar do not respond

Bug description:
Generally, the folders respond to clicks if the page is fully loaded,
but not always. And quite often, if a page is loading, they do not
respond at all. The icon will highlight on mouseover, but not display
the list of booksmarks in it. It's been happening for at least the
last four major versions.
