Title:
seahorse: signing should be disabled when key is already signed

Status in seahorse:
  Expired
Status in seahorse package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
I imported a public key that I have verified so I signed it (after
typing my gpg pwd). I verified this in the trust tab of the properties
key. The fact is that the "sign" button is still active and this is
misleading. Moreover if I re-sign the key seahorse shows me again the
sign window but this time without re-typing the passwd.
