Bug description:
From Smashwords.com, clicking on a thumbnail image opens the full-size
picture in a new tab, sourced from cloudfront.net. The picture partly
loads, then freezes Firefox and the entire computer, requiring a hard
reboot. This doesn't happen with any other website.
