Bug description:
"Please hold down CTRL+ALT and press T" sometimes results in (novice)
users holding down all three keys at once.
Desired behaviour:-
One terminal opens, keyboard combination does not repeat.
Actual behaviour:-
Bazillions of terminals launch
On my Ubuntu 16.04 system running Unity, the keyboard shortcut does
not repeat. On 17.10 GNOME Shell it does. I believe it should not. See
screenshot.
