Title:
Session logs out when printing document from Libreoffice
Status in cups package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: cups
This morning I tried printing a document from Libreoffice Writer. Each
time I send the file to print the system logs out and presents me with
the login screen. I don't think the job made it to the print queue
because it's not listed in the CUPS job list. Converting the file to
pdf and printing through the Document Viewer works. I was able to
print without problems with the same printer from Libreoffice last
week.
I followed instructions on the wiki and went through the printer
troubleshooting wizard and have attached the file here even though it
printed the test page fine. However with the troubleshooter dialogue
open I tried printing from Libreoffice and the session logged out as
before.
Please let me know if I should be filing this under Libreoffice and
not printing.
Cheers,
David
