We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

  chromium browser regularly gets stuck with ¨Error 137
  (net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED): Unknown error.¨

Bug description:
  DNS resolution on the system works fine, also browsing with Firefox is
  unaffected.

  Closing chromium results in hanging processes. I have to kill -9 the
  chromium-browser parent process manually.
