When adding bookmark right alt closes it. So it's impossible to write Polish

Title:
  Polish keys (Alt+a, e, o, etc.) don't work in Firefox bookmark pop-up

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Turn on the Polish keyboard
  2) Go to a chosen page and click a bookmark star
  3) Click into any field in a pop-up and press right Alt

  Effect:
The pop-up disappears immediately, even before I release the Alt key

  Expected effect:
I should be able to get Polish letters by pressing a letter after I pressed
Alt but I can't since the pop-up is already gone.
