after watching video on youtybe stuck image on vlc or totem

Binary package hint: firefox
while watching a video on youtbe, the images slow down, but still i can watch
the video.
than i close the page, firefox, and i start vlc, and there's one frame of the
previous video on it. and randomly it appears during the view of the movie.
as well with totem and as well while opening another youtube video.
the system is up to date as well as flash and firefox
