After opening a rfc822 attachment (a message attached to another message), the
'reply', 'reply to all' and 'forward' buttons cause the following error, as
seen on Javascript Console:

I'm using Thunderbird version 1.5.0.10 on a freshly installed ubuntu
feisty, but I had the same problem on my previous ubuntu edgy.
