The Alt-R keyboard shortcut for Rebuild Index doesn't work.
* Right-click an IMAP folder and select Properties or left-click an IMAP
folder and select Edit -> Folder Properties...
* Hit Alt-R for Rebuild Index
* Nothing happens
Clicking the Rebuild Index button works fine.
