Bug description:
If one iconifies firefox up to and including 25.0.1 under 12.04, and
then issues a "firefix file://mumble" command from a terminal window,
the window's titlebar will not be displayed. Re-iconifying and re-
displaying the window via the window manager will cause the title bar
to be restored. This is via the classic gnome interface.
