Title:
Firefox awsomebar stops working after suspend/resume
Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox
After a suspend resume cycle firefox's awsomebar stops working. Bug
present in both 10.04 and 10.10.
How to reproduce:
Make sure you have visited a few sites so firefox has some browsing
history
1. Start firefox
2. Click on 0/1 in the Indicator applet and choose suspend (leave the firefox
window open maximized)
3. Resume
4. Start typing the address of some site you have in your browser history
At this point firefox does not suggest anything.
Switching to another application and back to firefox fixes the
problem.
