laptop doesn't connect to wireless drivers after installing the
additional drivers from the same application.

after logging into the user account in ubuntu, the laptop doesn't
connect to wireless networks when the additional drivers are
installed. i had to remove the additional drivers in order to connect
to the wireless network. i had logged in as an administrator.
