Bug description:
[Impact]
The sound panel doesn't deregister a gsettings handle correctly, that may
cause crashes:

[Test Case]
1. Open gnome-control-center
2. Select sound settings
3. Select another panel
4. Using dconf-editor toggle com.ubuntu.sound allow-amplified-volume
Expected result:
Nothing happens
Observed result:
Errors shown on command line each time value is toggled OR
gnome-control-center crashes.
[Regresion Potential]
Low, we are now cleaning up a reference that was missed.
