Bug description:
  [Impact]
The sound panel doesn't deregister a gsettings handle correctly, that may
cause crashes:
  https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/f7f4e5f488353a7c6ea085de8a987eecf3c1870e

  [Test Case]
  1. Open gnome-control-center
  2. Select sound settings
  3. Select another panel
  4. Using dconf-editor toggle com.ubuntu.sound allow-amplified-volume

  Expected result:
  Nothing happens

  Observed result:
Errors shown on command line each time value is toggled OR
gnome-control-center crashes.

  [Regresion Potential]
Low, we are now cleaning up a reference that was missed.
