Firefox wont scroll down with mouse gestures

Hi
Iam not sure if i worded this correct., basically normal firefox
behaviour is to scroll down when you click and move the mouse towards
you. this does not happen in ubuntu, or stopped happening with this
release.
This makes it extremely difficult or impossible rather to copy a
section of text from a webpage or any document, it does scroll up
however..
Using ubuntu 12.04 development release with all updates.
