Bug description:
Got this error a few times:
Thunderbird is already running, but is not responding. To open a new
window, you must first close the existing Thunderbird process, or
restart your system.
Normally occurs after a resume from suspend.
Killing the process from system monitor doesn't help. Have to restart
the system
