Print Job with Authentication is postponed until queue is opened

Bug description:
I am connected to a print host requiring authentication. The
authentication data is already stored in CUPS. I can issue a new print
job and the printer icon in the panel appears, but the job isn't
started, until I open the queue of the respective printer.
