The "To" window list uses up too much area.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: thunderbird
In the area containing four lines of possible adresses in a New
Messaage window we don't need four lines most of the time. It would
be nice if we could have a disclosure button that would show more than
one like the new main window has on the headers.
Also, it might be nice if you could type multiple addresses into one
line. As it is there is wasted space to the right of most of my
addresses.
Perhaps a rearrangement of the whole New Message window is in order.
It feels like it was designed for computers with 800x600 displays.
