TB downloads entire mailbox multiple times.

Binary package hint: thunderbird
Sometimes TB when started starts to download all messages from pop3 mailbox,
all 500 megabytes, like it does when i create account and update it first
time.
Today i have three copies of each message in thunderbird. Look at attached
screenshot.
