Upstream bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366945 is showing as "VERIFIED FIXED". Tested OK in Ubuntu 18.04 and Firefox 61. Marking as fixed to close.

But after some time appeared a problem. When I click one time on middle mouse button (wheel) on a link fx opens 2 tabs (rarely 3 tabs). Ctrl + left mouse button click is ok. This appears in 4.0b10pre and 3.6.15 . I use ubuntu 10.10 .
