We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all

and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported? Please
let us know if you do as I cannot reproduce the issue using Ubuntu 18.04
and Firefox 61.

reader mode causes popping/static in audio

Bug description:
When playing a video/music off of a website in firefox and I go to a
different tab and try and use firefox's reader mode, it causes static
to appear in the audio for about 10 seconds, after which the problem
corrects itself and further uses of reader mode do not cause more
static.
