There is an identical bug report on the Snapcraft forum. Presumably that
is also yours. A follow-up post suggests that the issue has been fixed.

  I replaced all settings from Firefox .DEB to Firefox Snap.
  But on Firefox Snap, installed from Ubuntu Software Snap store, I have issues.
