Title:
  [FFe] libreoffice 6.1.0

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
libreoffice 6.1.0 was released on the 8th of August.

As 6.0 will reach EOL in November 2018
  (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/6.0#End_of_Life), it
is desirable to include 6.1 in cosmic.

  Detailed release notes:
  https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/6.1

The list of all the bugs fixed can be built by merging the lists of bugs
fixed in the successive release candidates that led to final release:
   -
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Releases/6.1.0/Beta1#Bugs_fixed_compared_to_6.1.0_Alpha1
   -
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Releases/6.1.0/Beta2#Bugs_fixed_compared_to_6.1.0_Beta1
   -
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Releases/6.1.0/RC1#Bugs_fixed_compared_to_6.1.0_Beta2
   -
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Releases/6.1.0/RC2#Bugs_fixed_compared_to_6.1.0_RC1
   -
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Releases/6.1.0/RC3#Bugs_fixed_compared_to_6.1.0_RC2

A number of followup bugfix releases in the 6.1 series will follow
  (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/6.1), we should be
able to include 6.1.1 before the Cosmic release, and maybe even 6.1.2.

Packages for 6.1.0 were built in a PPA (ppa:osomon/lo-test) and
thoroughly tested on a system with cosmic-proposed enabled.
Autopkgtests all pass, and manual testing following the test plan
  (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Process/Merges/TestPlans/libreoffice)
uncovered two regressions which I think are acceptable provided they
are fixed before the Cosmic release:

   - https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=119357: this is
an upstream bug and is already fixed in the upcoming 6.1.1

   - bug #1789202: this is a packaging bug also present in Debian, and I
am confident we will work out a solution before 6.1.1 is out
