then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to
this bug?
If you are, could you let us know and, in the current version, could you run
the following (only once):
apport-collect 1320368
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

Printed document loses edge of output
Status in hplip package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
WIth previous version of hplip, this document printed with coloured
borders showing correctly all round. After upgrading to 3.14.3, I find
it impossible to print the document correctly. Printing double-sided,
short edge, rotate document, A4 borderless paper. CUPS 1.7.2, printer
is an HP Photosmart 5520 series.
