this bug report some time ago and Ubuntu and hplip have been updated since
then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to
this bug?
If you are, could you let us know and, in the current version, could you run
the following (only once):
apport-collect 1468770
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

HP LaserJet P 1102w doesn't print

Bug description:
My printer (HP LaserJet P 1102w) is dectected and installed perfectly,
but doesn't print anything. According to hp-check, it requires some
plugin to be installed. Command `hp-plugin -i` throws error message:
error: /home/shadowlmd/.hplip/hplip-3.15.2-plugin.run file does not
match its checksum. File may have been corrupted or altered
Running hplip-3.15.2-plugin.run manually gives another error:
Verifying archive integrity... All good.
Uncompressing HPLIP 3.15.2 Plugin Self Extracting

Error importing HPLIP modules. Is HPLIP installed?
Printer works perfectly under Windows, of course.
