Hello GunChleoc, or anyone else affected, Accepted widelands into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/widelands/1:19 +repack-4ubuntu0.18.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

In either case, without details of your testing we will not be able to proceed. Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . This will also allow the app icon to scale better across resolutions by using the standard theme support. Test Case ---------- 1. Wait a day after the update is published. 2. Make sure gnome-software is not running. You can either log out and log back in or run something like pkill gnome-software 3. Open the Ubuntu Software app. Search for Widelands. It should show up and be installable. 4. Install the app and run the app. Its app icon should display correctly in the Activities Overview and when running. Regression Potential ------------------- This is a minimal fix to improve the icon specified in the .desktop. Original Bug Report ------------------- Hi, I'm one of the developers of the Widelands game. It has landed in Universe: https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=widelands The packages are also available in Debian stable: https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=widelands&searchon=names&suite=stretch§ion=all However, nobody can see it in the software center. Is there anything else I can do myself to get this in and then to maintain it in the future? The game consists of 2 packages, widelands and widelands-data. Thanks!
