Gnome terminal always open new window in gnome shell

Bug description:
How to regenerate:
1. Open dash and search for terminal
2. Click to open terminal
3. After opening a terminal window, open dash again and search for terminal
4. In gnome shell, icon doesn't show any indicator that another window of
terminal is already running and click on the icon will create a new window
Possible cause:
Installation of gnome-terminal create two .desktop file in
/usr/share/applications. (gnome-terminal.desktop and org.gnome.Terminal.desktop)
Workaround:
1. Delete /usr/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop
2. Edit /usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Terminal.desktop and modify
NoDisplay=true to NoDisplay=false
