can't change dictionary when editing text

Bug description:
When I edit text in some box, and cursor is on the word which is wrong
in English then I can't change dictionary from Polish to English. The
problem doesn't reproduce when I try to change dictionary to Polish,
even the cursor is on the wrong polish word.
