Title:
Main menu not available for Firefox

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Occasionally, the Firefox main menu does not appear in the Unity top
bar when the <Alt> key is pressed. The problem is not presetn with
most other applications: if I switch to a gvim window, <Alt>-E opens
  the "Edit" menu.

Expected behaviour: when a Firefox window has focus, pressing <Alt>-E
  should show the "Edit" menu.

This appears to prevent access to a lot of the application's
functionality, so it might be considered a high-priority issue.

The issue is currently 100% reproducible, but I know for a fact that
I was able to access Firefox menus earlier. I have no idea what
changed and have a feeling they would work again if I restarted
  Firefox or Unity.
