"help" menu bar is missing in firefox

Bug description:
In firefox menu bar in Ubuntu global menu, menu "Help" is missing. However If
I disable global menu integration plugin in Firefox and restart it I can see
and click "Help" menu on the bar.
To reproduce this bug start firefox and you will see Help menu then close it
and start again (at first try might not work so try again)
after that Help menu disappear.
