wants to open login.aspx as save file

Bug description:
Attempting to log int https://www.txu.com firefox opens dialogue window to
ask if I want to Open with "Browse" or save file rather than open web page this
is URL : https://www.txu.com/login.aspx?action=error&username=jcblll.
This also occures when after a google search if a change is attempted to the
search bar in the page rather than the tool bar. Have read several simular
problems on the various bloggs, no one has found the fix. FYI Chrome works ok.
