Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 18.10, the sidebar in GNOME Settings doesn't show the final
item Details without scrolling.

This issue affects the Yaru and Adwaita themes but Ambiance is not
affected (because of slightly different element sizing there).
Therefore, this issue is basically new to 18.10 for default Ubuntu
users.

This has been an upstream bug since the GNOME Settings redesign (introduction
of sidebar) but we might want to handle this for Ubuntu 18.10 ourselves.

Because gnome-control-center 3.30 now hides panels like Wi-Fi if the
computer does not have that hardware, this bug may not be reproducible
on those computers. If we made the window taller, I don't think it would
be much of a problem if there was extra space at the bottom of the
sidebar for those users.

** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Low
         Status: New
