Bug description:
Attached are the winning entries from the FCS wallpaper competition
for 18.10.
These have been resized to n x 2160 pixels at 72x72 dpi and then
cropped to 16:9.
They are all named Image_Title_by_Author_Name.jpg and are all jpgs.
JPG should result in smaller image sizes compared to PNG for this type of
content.
