Public bug reported:

nm-openvpn don't work when the ca.crt file is in a directory with a non
ASCII name :

nm-openvpn[30376]: Options error: --ca fails with
'/home/username/T%C3%A9l%C3%A9chargements/config-256bit/config/ca.crt':
No such file or directory (errno=2)

It's working when ca.crt is in /home/username directory

surprisingly, no problem with the .opvn files which are in the same
directory

** Affects: network-manager-openvpn (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
