Title:
Browser bar when clicked at the arrows scrolls down then released goes
  to bottom/top of page instantly.

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

You hold down the browser arrows on Firfox and as you are scrolling
up/down you let go and the page jumps straight to the bottom or
straight to the top. It's annoying because the page is moving fast and
once you stop to see where you are in the text it goes to the bottom
or top of the page depending on which direction you are scrolling.
