Title:
No sound with apps launched by a launcher (create app shortcut)
Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
14.0.835.202 (Developer Build 103287 Linux) Built on Ubuntu 11.10,
running on Ubuntu 12.04 (64bits)
I don't have any sound if I launch an app (Angry birds in my case)
from a .desktop file created by the "Create application shortcut" menu
(after having allowed it to run, cause this function doesn't work if
you do not manually allow the .desktop to run).
What I did :
- Install Angry Birds from Chrome Webstore
- Launch Angry Birds
- Ask for creating shortcut (and allow the file to be run)
- Close Chromium and launch Angry Birds from the menu
=> The games can't play sounds !
