Title:
lone app tabs duplicated on restart

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

I have an app tab (Google News), and Firefox is set to "Open windows
and tabs from last time" on start.

If I close everything but the app tab and then quit Firefox and re-
open it, I will now have both the app tab and a normal tab with the
same page as the app tab.
