Public bug reported:

Today I upgraded to 18.10 beta and now my windows guest doesn't have
network. The network is configured to NAT. The network card is of course
shown in the guest, but it doesn't get an IP via dhcp. Even configuring
a static IP doesn't help - the same network IP of the host is not
reachable from the guest.

** Affects: libvirt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: pulseaudio (Ubuntu) => libvirt (Ubuntu)
