Bug description:
Thunderbird just updated to version 60.2 in Ubuntu 16.04 and I lost
access to Lightning. I had Lightning 5.4 installed using Thunderbird
add-ons, but no version compatible with TB 60.2 is available there.
The package xul-ext-lightning is available and works with TB 60.2, but
it's in English only.
Now that Lightning is no longer available otherwise, the package needs
to come with all the various language versions.
