firefox view picture darken than usual.

Bug description:
the version i using is ubuntu 10.04 with firefox 3.6.8. the picture or photo
inside the firefox appear to be darker than usual color.

the left hand side is the photo view by firefox, and the right hand side is
the one open by picasa, and it saved from the firefox.
is there any way to solve tis problem? thank you.
