1. From the Ubuntu MATE 18.10 Menu->System tools I selected "Software". Then the window opened. I clicked on each of the "More..." buttons - nothing happened.
2. I expected to see more apps. 3. I saw only the original window without any changes. After rebooting my machine I now find that the "More..." buttons actually work. I am a Linux newbie so I did not know that after installing apps from the Software Boutique I should have rebooted like in Windows. My mistake.
