SNMP errors spamming the logs

Bug description:
When colord starts colord-sane spams the logs with a lot of SNMP
stuff.
I spoke to the colord maintainers, and they found that:
chmod -x /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/colord-sane
stopped the spam, as you might expect.
The log messages look like this:

The theory from colord is that it could be a sane plugin which is doing this.
Is this a bug? Can something be done to stop the logs filling up with
this?
