Title:
Ubuntu launcher/dock is visible and operable after screen lock

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Didn't notice this yesterday, but left my machine running over night
and this morning when I went to log in, the application bar on the
left was visible. I tried clicking on items on the bar and it
launched those applications. If someone had a privileged script or
app pinned to their task bar, it appears that anyone could launch it.
  The window isn't visible however.
