Flash web page elements from one tab or browser window can sometimes
be seen in all other windows/tabs

Bug description:
For some websites with flash page elements, if more than one browser
tab is open, the flash elements can be seen 'showing through' on all
other tabs where there is whitespace.
This doesn't happen with all flash elements, only some.
For example, youtube video player on youtube pages are fine.
But on this page, the video half-way down renders in the background on
any other open tabs!

This problem also applies across browsers, if firefox is installed,
same issue wether the problem page with flash is opened in firefox or
chrome, any other browser windows or tabs, irrespective of which
browser they are in, will show the problem.
